Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing in-stock orders and the shipment to arrive between 3-7 days; depending on the country it is being sent to.

Orders placed from Extra-Eu countries are subject to the payment of customs duties and taxes.

These costs are collected at the time of delivery and they are exclusive responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are not included in the total price at the moment of checkout. Since they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, they are beyond our control.

The delivery of the Products you have purchased will be made by courier specifically appointed to the shipment address indicated by you.

Please indicate a phone number so that the courier can contact you for delivery.

  • Please Note: We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. If wrong address is provided, shipping costs to resend will be 100% customer responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, tracking will be provided always.
  • Please Note: We are not liable for customs clearance fees im your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.  Should your package bounce back from customs, we are not liable for the fees. 


Returns

At THE LAB, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of resort wear. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchased items. 

Policy Details:

  1. No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
  2. No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products.
  3. Size and Color Selection: We provide detailed size guides and color descriptions to help you make the best choice. Please refer to the provided resources before making a purchase. We do NOT accept returns based on wrong color choices and size selection. 
  4. Defective Items: Our pieces are hand checked before sending them out to our customers. In the unlikely event that one of our pieces is defective, please contact our customer service within 48h of receiving the product. In the email, please describe the defect as explicitly and best as possible as well as providing a maximum of 5 different images of the defect. We will promptly address the issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction. 
  • In the case of return: Once the return proposal has been approved, the Seller's Customer Service will promptly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods. Shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer.

The Customer can choose at his discretion the courier or the postal service with which to make the return. It is mandatory to use a service that also offers the tracking of the goods in order to verify the correct receipt of the return at our warehouse.

The Seller will not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

The good must be returned intact including its hygienic protection and carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with every accessory and product identification tag.
